Inside Outside Palliative Care Conference (28-29 Julio. Melbourne, Australia)

Inside Outside Palliative Care Conference will be hold on Thursday 28 and Friday 29 July 2016, at the Bayview Eden in Melbourne (Australia). It will focus on how we can improve support and care so people with a life limiting illness and their families can live, die and grieve well.
